Come and visit any time to see what's happening in math class. I will be posting homework assignments and projects as they are assigned, as well as providing notification when a test or quiz will happen. On the right side you will find a list of links to helpful websites. The list will grow as we move our way through the 6th grade concepts. If you have any other ideas on how I can use this site to help students, please let me know. I'm looking forward to a wonderful year!!

In B, C, and E blocks we worked on expanded notation for large and small numbers, and discussed how to use our place value reference charts to identify place value, and write numbers in standard and word notation.

In F block we worked on converting numbers in exponential form to expanded form, how to express multiples of 10 using powers of 10, and sequencing numbers with many digits.

B, C, E blocks' Homework: Ws. p. 49

F block's Homework: Ws. p. 16 Just the odd numbered problems.
